If you would like to place an order for custom units, please contact a representative by calling 1-866-460-3128, or fill out the custom unit form and then press submit.
Items that are in stock will ship within 48 hours of processing. Some custom items ship within 5 - 7 days. Some custom lace front units ship within 4 weeks.

What about the quality of the product? |
There are several steps you can take to ensure you purchase the correct products. Purchase the color rings for appropriate products. Test the quality for yourself. Get the proper training before performing any applications.
We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality available. We gladly accept returns if you should find any defects in your products. |

If I buy online, am I at risk of unauthorized charges or identity theft? |
No. Our server is secure, and your credit card number is encrypted. Even our representatives can’t see the number after processing your order. |

How long do the hairpieces and hair extensions last? |
This depends on many factors. Your design choice may influence how long it will last. Also, how you personally care for your extension and hair replacement pieces will certainly influence their longevity. |

I can't use a credit card, can I send a check? |
Yes! We accept all forms of payment including personal checks and money orders. We only accept U.S. currency at this time. |

I selected options with an up charge and that means my price will be different from what I see at checkout. How will I know the final amount? |
On the Order Form Page, you will find a button for each option. If you cannot find this button, simply calculate the price, email for verification, and we will bill your credit card and forward to you an updated invoice. |

For lace front units and wig pieces, can you keep my custom template and hair samples so I can reorder quickly? |
Yes! This is our preferred method. If we have your template and color choice on file at the factory, your next order can begin production within a day or two, saving you a lot of time. |

Can you copy my existing hair replacement unit? |
We would be glad to do that for you. Send it in and save money on reordering a new system.
All units submitted for duplication must be free of glue, tape and adhesive residue; the pieces must be shampooed clean, and completely dry. |

Can I send my hair unit in for repair?
|
You can send any brand of hairpiece for repair/remake. Please note that there are two things we cannot do: We do not offer re-coloring and permanent wave (curling). Most other repairs can be done for a $180.00 flat rate, plus shipping. However, the factory does not accept all repairs as some requests involve more labor than a new unit would cost. In such cases, we have to decline your repair request and we cannot offer any refunds.

How does the payment plan work? |
We require that you place a deposit down by choosing Wig Payment Plan. To participate choose Wig Payment Plan during order customizing, you will per pay a deposit to start your wig order by selected this opinion . Your remaining balances will be $355.00.. As soon as the deposit is made, we will begin to prep and produce your unit. You will then be allotted a 60 day period to pay your balance in full. We offer you the flexibility to pay your balance in weekly or bi-weekly increments. To take advantage of this opportunity, please indicate your payment plan option on your order form. |
