Stock hair Replacements: Any Stock Hair Replacement returned for an exchange must be in its original condition. It must be returned postmarked within seven days. Postage will be the only charge for exchanges.

Statement from the factory:
We inspect each and every unit carefully before it leaves this office. We appreciate your careful inspection of the finished unit. Please do this before cutting. If you find anything that does not meet your specifications, return it to us immediately. After seven days, you will be unable to send it back for a credit to the factory. If any part of it needs to be corrected, it will be done promptly.
If the unit needs to be made again, we would like to have the unit uncut for use in our own studios or as sample units. Please do not cut the lace on the lace front wig; if you do, we will only repair the wig. If there is a default in delivery, then please do not hesitate to send it back for correction.
But are considered on a case by case basis and the client may not be entitled to
Compensation if she or he shares partial responsibility for the problem. Fitting, unexpected look when applied, unhappy configuration with the constructed wig per your specifications, too much/little/ short/long hair requested, being unhappy with the color/ cut/ style chosen, found cheaper pricing, another company, or simply changing your mind are not grounds for justifiable refund.
Remember you must have your order postmarked within 7days from Delivery date! This Gift Card Refund Policy affects 11-25-2007 until! The restocking fees do apply.
After Palace Wigs receive your Lace front Wig back with lace uncut, Hair uncut, wig much not is worn! Palace Wigs will determine weather we should replace or repair your lace front wig!
