Ordering Information & Terms,

Stock Full Lace Wigs and other stock products are shipped by USPS within 24hrs. Liquid Adhesive / Bond removers are shipped by ground / parcel post only. Custom hair replacement systems/Lace Front Wigs are shipped within 4 to 5 weeks.Rush Time is 12-15 days. Products are shipped via USPS. We use the lowest cost shipping for your convenience. We will provide you with an invoice and shipping statement by Email promptly. Visa & Master Cards are accepted for payment. If you pay by check, we accept money orders, personal checks; once the check clears, which may take up to 10 days, your order will be processed. No orders will be processed until the check clears the bank. We do not accept second or third party checks. Visa & MasterCard credit cards must not be second or third party credit card transactions.

Payment Plan Policy:

At Palace Wigs, we pride ourselves on our reasonable prices. We understand that not everyone can afford to spend the money it may take to get your Royal Lace Fronts. With that in mind, we are proud to introduce the Payment Program, which allows you to choose the option of Wig Payment Plan. To participate please call 1-866-460-3128. After customizing, you will per pay a non-refundable deposit of $355.00 or more to start your wig order. Your wig will still be processed and ready for shipment when your payment plan is complete. You can pay for your wig weekly or biweekly, for up to 60 days until paid in full. If the item has not been paid within that time, we reserve the right to hold the wig until we receive full payment. In addition, there will be a 10% fee charge to you. When the balance is paid in full on or before the due date, it will be shipped four to five days after processing. To get started, simply send us an email at salesrep@palacewigs.com. We will instruct you on how to make payment. You will receive a virtual receipt. You will receive a monthly reminder to pay your bill until your balance is paid in full. We want you to have your Royal Lace Front, even if you have to pay as you go!
